How to Use BoloSign with Stripe Integration?

1. Log in or Sign Up : Log into your BoloSign account or sign up for a new account. No credit card is required.
2. Edit or Create PDF Template : Edit an existing PDF Template or create a new one to send for signature and payment request. Add the necessary fields according to your requirements.
3. Connecting Stripe : Click on “Document Value” tab in right side of your screen. Click on “Connect” to link your existing Stripe account. If you are new to Stripe, you will need to create a free Stripe account to connect your payment request document.
4. Adding Payment : After you have successfully connected, you should see that the options in Document Value tab have been enabled. There are two ways to assign payment : Custom amount and Document total
   1. Select Currency
   2. Select Custom amount and enter the amount.
   3. Click on Select Payers by Role to select which role will be paying for the given document amount. (All the signers should sign the Document before paying.)
5. Save Document:
   • Once the document is ready save it, “Add Recipients” to send the document requesting signature and payment.
6. Recipient View:
   • In the sent document, your recipients will see an interface where they can “Sign” and securely “Pay” via Stripe for your product or service.
7. Processing Payments:
   • Payments are processed when your signer clicks the “Submit” button on the document after they “Sign” and “Pay with Stripe.”

How Does BoloSign Manage Your Payments?

The payment receipt will be available in both BoloSign and Stripe. For security reasons, BoloSign does not store credit card details. You will receive the payment receipt via email once the document is signed. Additionally, you can download the receipt using a clickable link provided in the signed document.

Who Can Request Payments?

Stripe integration is available to all our users: Free Forever and Pro.

Payment Fees

We don't charge anything when you take payments via Stripe in BoloSign.
